Every initiative I take on, Jessica takes on too. She is the counterpart who ensures that our DEI work does not just spark ideas but turns into real, lasting impact.

    In recent months, Jessica has poured herself into sustaining programs like dream, which focus on opening doors and creating support systems for those too often left out. This work is not easy. It takes grit, compassion, and vision to keep such efforts alive when challenges arise. Jessica brings all of that, along with a deep belief that this mission matters.

    And Mónica does it with passion, grace, and purpose. She’s constantly educating colleagues, buyers, and the industry about the power of Latin talent and why it matters. Her impact goes far beyond the desk, she’s helping shape and support a whole culture, bringing our music, our stories, and our people to the world.

He was instrumental in the signing of a recent star client and got a shoutout in front of the entire company.

  • Madison Harwell - Mythical Executive Coordinator

    Thinking about her level of workload would make most people sick, but not only is she an absolute bad-ass juggling her countless daily responsibilities, she's also the heart of the office, bringing a genuine, infectious sense of joy that makes her beloved by every single coworker and guest that steps through the studio doors.

    She permanently changed Mythical’s operational structure ensuring seamless cross-departmental alignment across a massive 54 million fan ecosystem. 

    She also singlehandedly drove logistics for Mythical’s first foray into an Emmy’s campaign and has been the engine behind countless Special Projects and Live Events, including their cookbook launches, tours, and media pushes to cement Mythical’s status as "television for the internet generation." Madison steps constantly outside her on-paper job description even while grieving the loss of her father this year. She’s the perfect example of an invisible hand that gets everything done, no matter the ask, and a superhero I hope to someday be.
